Outreach

How a community session comes together

Outreach is deliberately unhurried and always shared with the people who know the community best.

Our approach

Listen → Understand → Design → Deliver → Reflect

Community sessions are designed the same way as our institutional programmes.

  1. 1

    Listen

We start by hearing what your people are carrying.

  2. 2

    Understand

We learn your context, constraints and goals.

  3. 3

    Design

We shape a programme to fit — format, length and content.

  4. 4

    Deliver

We run the sessions with your teams, in person.

  5. 5

    Reflect

We review together and adjust what comes next.

How it works

Four things that stay true

01

In partnership

Outreach happens with organisations that already know a community — a school, a rehabilitation centre, a local government office. They shape it with us.

02

Kept small

Groups are small enough that the session stays personal and safe, and no one feels lost in a crowd.

03

With the staff who support the group

The people who care for a group day to day are in the room. Sessions are adapted to the setting, not imposed on it.

04

Framed honestly

We are clear that a session supports rest and awareness — it is not treatment, and it does not replace the care people already receive.

Invite the school to your community

Tell us who the group is, where they are and what they’re carrying. We’ll suggest a way to begin.
