What the work has looked like
Numbers only say so much. What matters is the mix of people the school has been able to sit with — students and teachers, officers and recruits, people in recovery, office teams, whole neighbourhoods.
In practice
A regional programme meant a week of quiet mornings across fourteen schools. A rehabilitation centre meant one small group at a time, returning. A district office meant staff finding somewhere to put the weight of the work down, together, for an hour.
Each of these looks different on the ground. What they share is that the practice asked nothing of the people in the room except that they rest.
