Overview
Basic Sound Healing is the first level of the NSHISCHOOL certification pathway and is open to complete beginners. Across 3 days and 21 hours of training you build a real, felt understanding of how sound and vibration affect attention, breath and the body, learn correct and safe technique with singing bowls, and practise listening — to sound, to silence and to another person. The level closes with the structure of a first, gentle one-to-one session and a clear picture of a practitioner's responsibilities and limits.

Grand Master Akash Banjara
Founder & Guiding Teacher
Known to many as Yogi Akash, the founder of NSHISCHOOL was born in Gorkha and raised among temples and Himalayan culture. He studied with temple gurus, monks, yogis and traditional masters in Nepal, with deeper study in Rishikesh, Dharamshala, Sikkim and Vrindavan. His teaching brings together sound therapy, yoga, meditation, Reiki and vibrational awareness, shared across Asia, Europe and Australia over more than eighteen years.
