Community & Rehabilitation

Gentle, supportive sessions in rehabilitation settings and for community groups — bringing sound, breath and stillness to people who rarely have access to them.

How it works with us

This is close to the heart of the school's work. NSHISCHOOL delivers calm, carefully-held sessions in rehabilitation centres and with community groups, in partnership with the organisations that know those communities. Sessions are adapted to the setting and always run with the staff who support the group.

Our approach

Listen → Understand → Design → Deliver → Reflect

Every institutional programme follows the same five movements.

  1. 1

    Listen

We start by hearing what your people are carrying.

  2. 2

    Understand

We learn your context, constraints and goals.

  3. 3

    Design

We shape a programme to fit — format, length and content.

  4. 4

    Deliver

We run the sessions with your teams, in person.

  5. 5

    Reflect

We review together and adjust what comes next.
